Reflections on a Theme by Mozart

In his thirty-second year (1788), W.A. Mozart composed three symphonies that rank among the greatest ever written: the numbers 39, 40, and 41. This arrangement is a reflection of the delightful and lyrical melody found in the second movement of his Symphony No. 40 in G minor, now made playable for average-to-young concert bands by arranger Jim Mahaffey.
